Individual sessions : £80

Package of six sessions: £400

Sessions are one hour long and are via Zoom or phone

Each in house Executive programme is tailor made and fees vary.

I offer in house Zoom coaching for individual executives and group programmes in resilience, embedded wellness and communication skills
